Manufactured Modular Motels have proven to be a cost effective way of expanding an existing hotel-motel facility and for new start up lodging businesses.

As an off shoot from our Modular Hotel projects where up to four modules were stacked for a multi-level facility, these single level units shipped on one transport carrier provide a quick set up of your lodging facility.

Preferably when we arrive on site the owner has grade level piles ready for us to set the unit on. A well drained gravel pad can in some areas provide a suitable foundation to block and level the motel unit on.

Built to national building code, the Grandeur Motel is energy efficient and heavy built to withstand the rigours of the lodging industry. The floor plans are custom built to best suit the end users needs.

Zero maintenance exterior is our standard but we will finish it to your specification; cedar siding makes for a rustic attractive finish. You specify the heating cooling system desired, they are available with electric, gas, oil and the most cost efficient in operating is the geo-thermal ground source option if a ground loop is possible.
